Baylee Dion
On Tuesday, November 27th, Baylee Dion and mother, Denise Hine, were hit by a drunk driver on Route 20 on the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation in Farnham, New York. While Denise is in the hospital recovering from injuries, sweet Baylee did not survive.
I, like many other people, want to help Denise, Scott, Ryan, and Cierra in any way I can. Though no amount of money can replace this beautiful little girl, we can all help show support to the family. All proceeds will go directly to the family. My goal is to help this family during a time where they need it most.
With Scott's permission, Monetary donations will be accepted through December 18th through the PayPal link below. I will then send every penny collected to Denise and Scott.

I have, understandably, received some e-mails about the legitimacy of donations made through this site. After many calls to PayPal, I was advised that the only way I can set up this donation button was to link it directly to my PayPal account, or directly to Scott/Denise's bank account. I did not want to put Scott/Denise through the hassle of creating a PayPal account and linking their account information, as they have much more important things on their mind right now. There is also a waiting period for "confirming" new accounts, which would take time and effort on their part.
I encourage anyone with questions to please e-mail me: joanna_smith_33@hotmail.com.
*****Upon the end of the donation period, I will be giving a check from my account to Scott and Denise. I will also supply them with a print out of all PayPal account history. They will be able to see ALL money going in and out, along with the names and messages donators supply. Please understand, I wanted to help just as all of you do. Unfortunately, per PayPal this was the easiest and most efficient way to handle this donation site. PayPal does take a very small amount out of every donation. This amount does not go to me, it goes to PayPal. The percentage is explained on their website. (Examples: The gross donation of $20.00 results in a net donation of $19.12. The gross donation of $100.00 results in a net donation of $96.80) ******
THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR DONATING! JUST OVER $1,500.00 WAS COLLECTED FOR THE FAMILY!!
